Moms who are working at technical rehearsals should gather their class in one area of the auditorium.
Please, try to keep them quiet. You will receive a copy of their phone numbers. After they are finished, you will
need to call their parents to pick them up. Please stay until all students in your class have been picked up.
Do not allow children to go to restrooms alone.
Moms who have signed up for shows, must alwo attend dress rehearsal. Upon arrival, gather your
class in one area of the auditorium. You will receive a list of their phone numbers. (You will need to call their
parents to pick them up after rehearsal is over.) We will then assign dressing rooms. At that time, you will get
them into their first costume and return to the auditorium. We practice the finale first, and then begin the show from
the beginning. There are people who will see that your class gets to the stage on time. After your class performs
its first dance, return to the dressing room and put on the next costume, then back to the auditorium, etc. This is
the time for participants to see their show. During actual performances students MUST NOT GO INTO THE LOBBY
OR THE AUDITORIUM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
