STUDIO POLICIES
1. Students should be on time and in proper attire.
2. ATTIRE: Ladies (for ballet and tap) - BLACK leotard, PINK tights.
Gentlemen - t-shirt, shorts. Black ballet shoes, Black tap shoes.
No extra clothing over leotard.
Skirts may be worn by Intermediate/advanced students only.
BLACK ballet shoes for beginners,
PINK for intermediate/advanced.
BLACK tap shoes.
(for Jazz) - May wear jazz pants over leotard, BLACK jazz shoes.
(For Hip-Hop) - Loose fitting clothing, sneekers.
3. Hair should be pulled back and secured.
4. Please put names in all leotards, tights, and shoes. We will not be responsible
for loss of personal property.
5. No gum or candy permitted in class.
6. Lessons canceled because of weather, should be made up at regular make
up time. In case of bad weather, listen to local radio stations.
7. We reserve the right to suspend or dismiss any student whose attitude and /or
behavior is unsatisfactory or disruptive.
8. We do not recommend that students stop dance for the summer because they
lose vital muscle control and strength. Students who take time off may be placed in a lower level upon their return.
8. CLASSES MISSED MUST BE MADE UP.
9. Written notification is required 4 weeks prior to termination of classes.
Students not giving sufficient notice will be charged for 1 month of lessons. This includes students who stop for the summer.
